Answers, without the runaround.
Search below. Anything involving your money, your data or your account security goes to a person, not an automated reply.
Getting started
- How long does setup take?
- About ten minutes. You create an account, enter your business details, set the hours messages may go out, pick a follow-up rhythm, add your first quote, then review exactly what will be sent before anything leaves.
- What do I need before I start?
- Your business name and phone number, and a list of estimates that never got a yes or a no. Customer name, email address and estimate amount is enough per quote.
Adding quotes
- How do I add a quote by hand?
- Tap Add quote, enter the customer's name, their email or mobile number, the amount, the date you quoted and the type of work. Notes are optional.
- How do I import a spreadsheet?
- Upload your CSV and match your column names to ours on one screen. We show you what will be imported, flag rows that are missing an email or a number, and skip anyone already on your suppression list.
- What happens with duplicates?
- If the same customer already has an open quote, we tell you rather than starting a second follow-up sequence to the same person.
- Why am I asked to confirm consent?
- Because follow-up is only for people who asked you for an estimate. Confirming that on import is what keeps this a follow-up tool and not a cold-outreach tool.
Email and text messages
- Which channel works today?
- Email follow-up is the working channel. Text messaging is fully designed and stays switched off until business verification and carrier sender registration are complete.
- My messages aren't arriving. What now?
- Check the message log on the quote — it shows sent, held, failed and the reason. If the address bounced, we stop sending to it. If your allowance is used up, messages hold until you upgrade or the month resets.
- Someone asked me to stop contacting them
- Replies containing a stop request are handled automatically and permanently. You can also suppress anyone by hand from their contact page. A suppressed contact cannot be re-added and messaged again.
Billing
- How do I change plans?
- From your billing page. The new allowance applies immediately and the invoice is prorated.
- My payment failed
- We email you a secure link to update your card, and the card is retried automatically. Your data stays intact during the grace period; only new paid activity pauses if the account stays unpaid.
- How do I cancel?
- One button on your billing page. We ask one optional question about why, and that's it. Nothing to phone about.
Account and data
- Can I export or delete my data?
- Yes. You can export your quotes, contacts and message history, and you can request account deletion. Deletion requests are handled by a person and confirmed with you.
- Can another business see my customers?
- No. Accounts are separated at the database level, and every request is checked on the server against your business.
Always handled by a person

- Anything about account security
- Compliance and messaging permission questions
- Data deletion requests
- Repeated technical failures
