How it works
Add the estimate. We handle the chasing. You close the job.
Nothing goes out until you have seen exactly what will be sent and when.
The follow-up sequence
This is the default. You can change the wording and the timing, and you always see the preview before anything sends. Messages only go out during the business hours you set, in the customer's own timezone.
- Day 1Follow-up 1
Hi {{first_name}}, this is {{business_name}} following up on the estimate for {{service_type}}. Do you have any questions I can help with?
- Day 4Follow-up 2
Hi {{first_name}}, just checking back regarding your {{service_type}} estimate from {{business_name}}. Would you like us to help with next steps?
- Day 9Follow-up 3
Hi {{first_name}}, we wanted to make sure you had everything you needed regarding your estimate. Reply if you have any questions or would like to move forward.
- Day 16Final follow-up
Hi {{first_name}}, we'll close out our follow-up for now. If you'd like to revisit the estimate, simply reply and {{business_name}} can help.
The words in double braces are filled in with the real customer name, your business name and the job type.
When follow-up stops
Any one of these ends the sequence immediately. Nothing queued goes out afterwards.
- The customer asks to stop hearing from you
- The customer replies at all
- You mark the quote won
- You mark the quote lost
- You pause that follow-up
- The email address or number turns out to be invalid
- Your subscription is no longer active
How replies are sorted
Stop requests are decided by fixed rules that always win. The rest is sorted to save you reading time, and anything unclear comes straight to you.
- Interested
- Flagged as a hot lead and sent to you straight away.
- Question
- Shown to you with the original estimate so you can answer.
- Not interested
- Follow-up ends. The quote is closed out politely.
- Already hired someone
- Follow-up ends and the quote is marked lost for your records.
- Call me
- Flagged urgent with a tap-to-call button.
- Stop / opt out
- Handled by fixed rules, not guesswork. Contact suppressed permanently.
- Unclear
- Passed to you rather than guessed at.
How a recovered job is counted
An interested reply on a $7,500 estimate is $7,500 of possible work. It becomes recovered revenue only when you mark that job won. Your dashboard keeps the two apart, always, because a number you can't trust is worse than no number.
