Terms of service

Drafted 12 September 2026.

Draft pending legal review

This document was drafted during product development and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must be reviewed and approved by the owner's attorney before the service is offered commercially. Last drafted 12 September 2026.

The service

We provide software that sends follow-up messages about estimates you have given, records replies, and reports on the outcome. We do not sell leads, guarantee replies, or guarantee revenue.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what the users you invite do in your account. You must give accurate business information.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically.
  • Each plan includes a stated monthly message and contact allowance.
  • You may change plans at any time; charges are prorated by the payment provider.
  • Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider; we never store them.

Allowances and holds

When you reach a plan allowance, further outbound messages hold rather than send. This exists to stop you generating costs you did not agree to. Holding messages is normal behaviour, not a fault.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we notify you, give you a secure link to update your card, and retry. If the account remains unpaid after the grace period we pause new paid activity. We do not immediately delete your data.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not use retention traps or require a phone call. Refund handling is at the owner's discretion and is not automated.

Your responsibilities when messaging

You may only add people you have a proper basis to contact, you must honour opt-outs, and you must comply with applicable messaging laws. Our acceptable use and messaging policies form part of these terms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and monitored, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes here. Material changes affecting price or your rights will be notified by email before they take effect.
