Acceptable use policy

Drafted 12 September 2026.

Draft pending legal review

This document was drafted during product development and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must be reviewed and approved by the owner's attorney before the service is offered commercially. Last drafted 12 September 2026.

What the service is for

Following up with people who asked your business for an estimate or quote. That is the only intended use.

Never allowed

  • Uploading purchased, scraped, rented or otherwise cold contact lists.
  • Contacting anyone who has asked you or us to stop.
  • Re-adding a suppressed contact under a different spelling or record.
  • Attempting to evade carrier filtering, sender registration, spam protection or messaging law.
  • Sending unrelated marketing, promotions, newsletters or third-party offers.
  • Sending content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another business.
  • Messaging about regulated or high-risk categories not related to your quoted work.
  • Sharing one account across unrelated businesses to dodge plan limits.
  • Probing, load-testing or attempting to access another customer's data.

How we enforce this

  • Sending rate limits and per-plan allowances on every account.
  • Automatic review triggers on unusual volume or unusual opt-out rates.
  • Suppression is enforced by the system and cannot be overridden by a customer.
  • An audit trail of imports, sends, suppressions and administrative actions.
  • Suspension of accounts that abuse the service, with notice where appropriate.

Reporting misuse

If you received a message you believe breached this policy, tell us and we will investigate and suppress the contact. A published abuse contact address is an outstanding owner action.
